Pricing
Single Phrase Greetings - $95
Pricing includes your personalized greeting, delivery, set up and pick up, all within a 24 hour time frame. (Example: “Happy 10th Birthday Maddie!” along with several accessory signs that compliment the greeting.)
Add On An Additional Phrase - $25
Add another phrase to your greeting like “You’re Amazing”, “Way to Go”, “We Love You” or customize your own additional phrase.
Add an Additional Name - $15
Add on another name.
(Example: If the greeting is for siblings, a couple, or twins.)
Additional Nights - $50
Same Day Orders/Major Holidays - Add $25
We prefer advanced notice, but sometimes same day orders can be installed. Less than a 24 hour notice is considered a same day order. Advanced notice on major holidays is requested due to their popularity.
Outside Service Area - Add $50
If your location is outside our delivery area please contact us. If we are able to deliver we will let you know! Secret Sign Sisters currently services the following locations: Dane (53529), DeForest (53532, 53598), Fitchburg (53711), Madison (53717, 53705, 53719, 53711), Middleton (53562), Verona (53593), Waunakee (53597)
Payment
Once your booking request is received, and we can confirm availability, we will email you a link with instructions to purchase your greeting with a credit card. All Debit/Credit cards are processed via Stripe. Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.
Delivery, Set-Up, Pick-Up
You can expect delivery and set up of your greeting anytime between 7:00pm-6:00am the evening/morning before your event or celebration. Greeting pick up will occur the evening of your event after 7:00pm. Do not hesitate to ask us for custom times. We will try our best to accommodate you if it's possible.
Weather Conditions
We may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions. We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.
Rental & Reservation Policies
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your reservation. All Debit/Credit cards are accepted via emailed Stripe invoice. Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.
The purchaser will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items. Each individual item missing or damaged will be a $10 charge.
Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display. Display items do not safely support the weight of any individual leaning, sitting, or playing on it. If the display is not installed at the purchaser’s home, the purchaser is responsible to notify the recipient of proper display etiquette.
Do not move or remove the items. Please take pride in the provided lawn display and treat them with respect.
Do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize the signs. These items are property of our business. The purchaser is responsible for any damage, including damage the recipient causes if the display is not at the purchasers home.
If the display is not being delivered to the purchaser’s property it it necessary you notify the recipient (or someone at the delivery location prior to delivery).
Please protect signs from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. Contact with lawn trimmers could cause damage as well.
Do not attach anything, including balloons, to any part of the display.
Please arrange lawn maintenance to be scheduled prior to chosen installation time.
Posed photographs standing or sitting next to the display is encouraged. This can be done without moving or removing the signs.
Secret Sign Sisters and its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.
Refund Policy
If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future mutually agreed upon booking date, based on our availability.
In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. You may leave the full amount on credit for a future mutually agreed upon booking date, based on our availability, or ask for a full refund. If a refund is offered, it will be less than the Stripe processing fee paid by Secret Sign Sisters.
No refunds will be given due to the following:
- The client gave us the wrong address.
- The homeowner requested us to remove the lawn display.
- Denied access to a gated community.
- Animals that prevent the display from being set up.
- Circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.
Agreement
By placing an order/booking with Secret Sign Sisters, you agree to all policies stated above.
